At STR8LINE Marketing, we’re committed to delivering results and high-quality service. To protect both parties, we have a clear refund and dispute policy in place:
1. No Refunds After Work Begins:
Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments are final once work has commenced. This includes strategy calls, account setup, campaign development, or design services.
2. Subscription Cancellations:
You may cancel monthly services at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if STR8LINE fails to deliver services outlined in the agreement. This does not include low campaign performance, lead quality, or lack of sales.

If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We will always try to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
2. Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of service and legal pursuit to recover lost funds and damages. We document all work delivered and signed agreements.
3. Resolution Window:
Disputes must be raised within 10 days of service delivery or billing. After this window, all charges are considered accepted.
